As of today(April 21,2024) each of those easement polygons has a name something like "South Bear Creek Angler Access Easement".

I have been to this place, but can not remember what the on-the-ground signs say, if there are any.

The property is privately owned and managed, but the easement for access is publicly owned and I'm not sure if a person must be an angler (licensed even?) to qualify or not.

Planning to revert this change and reimport building footprints under import guidelines. I will have the data for all of Story County except the City of Ames.
