Is there *really* a railway crossing here with an "abandonded" rail. There is nothing on aerial imagery that resembles any form or piece of railway that would be "abandoned". this "abandoned" railway should probably be removed if there is nothing on the ground.

Is there *really* a railway through this wastewater processing plant? I don't see anything on aerial imagery through the tanks, nor an obvious RoW... This should probably be removed and instead added to OHM...

If railways no longer exist, they need to be removed. OSM is only for what currently exists.
