For a changeset that covers the whole continental US to have a better explanation of what was edited beyond saying "Clothes shops" or to split changeset into smaller geographic areas.

Hello.
As documented in amenity=school name of the school is supposed to go only on the amenity polygon, not the school building.
Additionally, dedication name of the school goes into alt_name tag. Furthermore, as documented in osm.wiki/Names#Abbreviation_(don't_do_it) names shouldn't be abbreviated. In this case instead of "PS 70" it should be fully spelled out "Public School 70"

This edit has some significant problems with tags in most of the added nodes.
"addr=" is not a valid tag.
"short_name=Tesla" is not a valid tag to use for its chargers.
"name=" tag should not be used as a description or category.

service: prefix is completely different from xmas: prefix.
service: prefix defines a very specific usecase.
xmas: prefix's documentation states to apply it to every single tag! That is outright wrong and I do not need any tagging schema change proposals to fix that!

If this place is not open yet then it's incorrect to map it in OSM as active..
Once the business is open, by all means add it _with correct info_.
