Rather than outright deleting this node, it's much better to use lifecycle prefix as documented in osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix. If you don't want to do then at the very least you should've deleted biz-specific tags but left the address node in place. However, your edit not only deleted the history of this object, but also made this address unsearchable.

If a business occupies only a part of a building, such a this restaurant on the ground floor of a multi-story apartment building, or a single office in a larger building, it should be tagged as a separate node, not tag on the whole building.
The whole building can be tagged as a business only if it's the only business there, for example a free-standing fast-food restaurant or an Amazon warehouse, etc. 👍

Does it mean this place is gone forever or are they going to rebuild?
Also even if this biz is gone forever, it doesn't mean that address no longer exist. As such it's inappropriate to completely delete that node and its address.
It would've been best if you used lifecycle prefix as documented in osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix or at the very least delete biz-specific info but leave address node in place. This way you preserve the history of that node if it ever needs to be referenced to in the future.

This riding academy's perimeter is drawn rather sloppily and inconsistently. It's cutting through the driveway, parking lot, front lawn with statue, etc
I'd expect that the parking lot would at least be included.
Additionally, on some of the sections you traced the perimeter right on top of paths, gluing two together. Doing that is suboptimal since that makes it needlessly harder to edit each individual feature independently. Please pay attention not to attach features to each other unless they really are attached.
