I didn't mean "underground" as in covered up, perhaps "below grade" is a more accurate terminology. :)
It'd be useful to update the tags to more accurately represent what's there.

In this edit you tagged a road segment with 'layer=-1'. Layer means at ground 0, with positive numbers above ground, while negative numbers below.
So did you mean to indicate that this driveway duck under the building or is the driveway at ground level and there's roof over it?👍

I did check all the QA tools I know of and for the way I do things, OSMCha works best.

No, that's not workable solution. whodidit doesn't present me with data in a way that's easy for me to observe the map for changes in my area of interest.
