@skquinn, it's perfectly valid for a building and poi to have the same address. You shouldn't remove it.

It is inappropriate to tag the whole building as a business when that business occupies only part of the building.

The description tag must never be used for advertising or promotional purposes. It must be used only for neutral tone description of a given feature.
"keywords" tag is not a thing in OSM and must never be used.
instagram, linkedin, pinterest, youtube, facebook tags must be properly formatted as documented on contact:=**
image and photo tags must never be used for advertising or promotional imagery. They must show the feature that is being mapped.

Just roughly outlining areas where you see some grass on the rooftops, without adding any additional information is not a proper way to map these features. Such empty areas add no useful information to the map.

Of what I see on satellite imagery, only stuff around "Gantry Crane Track" (Description of a feature shouldn't be its name.).
Lidar imagery doesn't indicate that it's a leftover of railway tracks.
Also, a paved parking lot shouldn't be mapped as historic=ruins.

Presence of road where a railroad used to be is NOT an excuse to map railroad. The fact that it's mapped like that around the nation is wrong and should not be used as an excuse to map non-existing features.
You are welcome to add such features to https://www.openhistoricalmap.org, but they don't belong on OSM.

OSM is a map of the world NOW, not how it was at an indeterminate point in the past. None of the features you mapped are visible on any available satellite imagery. Imaginary features don't belong on OSM.

I'm not developer of iD editor, I don't decide how it does things. But color names should be in lower case.

As documented in colour=*#How_to_map color names should be in lower case.

The only signs of anything related to railroad is see is stuff around node/12637550610. Everything is imaginary and doesn't belong on the OSM, a map of the world NOW, not how it was at some indeterminate point in the past.
