Please note that craft=scaffolder is intended for the company office. This is not how you map sidewalk sheds/scaffolding.

Additionally, there's no need to add "addr:unit=1FL" to biz just because it's on the first floor, unless that is actually part of the official address of that biz.
And if you want to indicate the floor number that is part of the address, it should be tagged as osm.wiki/Tag:addr:floor=. You can read more about this at addr:=**

Please note that it's inappropriate to tag the whole building as a business if it occupies only a part of that building. In this case the restaurant is only on the 1st floor of a 5-story building. As such it must be mapped as a separate node.

While the default osm map style might not render things the way you want, CyclOSM and Humanitarian styles do seem to render them more accurately.

You could map it using relations with inner and outter ways, so that each feature would exclude the other feature and not overlap.

For the Queens District Attorney's Office you added "addr:unit=1-YAI". This value looks rather strange. Is that accurate?
Also, you added a couple of POI phone numbers, but neglected to include + in front of the country dialing code. The + is mandatory, otherwise it's an invalid phone number format.

crossing=marked/uncontrolled is intended only for STOP sign crosswalks. If there's a traffic light it must be crossing=traffic_signals.
