Please note that except for proper names(and a few other exceptions), all tag values should be in the lower case. So "LED" it should be "led".

Also you still haven't explained the meaning of "cover=y" tag.

As documented on highway=street_lamp light_colour= tag should be osm.wiki/Tag:light:colour=,
light_count= should be light:count=
operator_type= should be operator:type=

Also, why did you add invalid addr:zip= tag to some of these nodes?

Also please do write meaningful changeset comments. "Updating biz details" doesn't help people understand what you are doing on a changeset that covers the whole continental US.

This is not how you map POIs that are out of business.
You supposed to use lifecycle prefixes as documented in osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix
Putting "Abandoned" in the name is WRONG.
Please correct this or your changeset will be reverted in full.

Additionally, on some features you added operator=dot tag. As documented in osm.wiki/Names#Abbreviation_(don't_do_it) and osm.wiki/Abbreviations names should NOT be abbreviated, but fully spelled out.
