Hello.
Please note that OSM is about mapping what's out there in the world now. Based on my research it appears that this theater closed in 2006. As such it shouldn't be mapped on OSM and I'll have to revert this edit. However, you are welcome to map this theater on OSM's related project https://openhistoricalmap.org.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask. 👍

Hello.
When mapping please pay attention not to accidentally connect nodes of separate features, unless they are actually connected. When features are needlessly connected/attached, especially if they are overlapping, it makes it a bit more cumbersome to edit them. 👍
(I fixed this for you.)

Hello.
If this cam is "offline" (with 2 f 😉), shouldn't it be removed?

Look at the timeline of events. It's all public, timestamped and easily auditable. You made numerous incorrect or low quality edits. I commented on them educating you about your mistakes. For each comment you received email notification about it. Yet you ignored them, didn't reply to my messages as the norm in this community and continued to make incorrect edits. How should that be interpreted if not intentional disrespect to the OSM? You then went back and tried to again edit fixed data to suit your personal needs in an external game.

Furthermore, in this very changeset you explicitly admitted that you knowingly and intentionally added wrong payment= tag to this parking lot node because you thought it was funny. How is this not vandalism?!

In changesets 121395223 and 121911028 you straight up spam changeset comment that you are selling NFTs!

In changeset/121792082 you gave incorrect names to tennis courts even though documentation explicitly states that name tag is not to be used as description osm.wiki/Names#Names_are_not_for_descriptions. You used iD editor to make those edits. In it next to "name" field(and every other tag) there's a button "i". When you click on it you get an explanation of that tag with a link to a more detailed documentation page which also explicitly states that name= tag is not intended as description.

In changeset/121911028 you even accused me of being a racist! How is that not disrespect?!

And now after all this you sent a complaint email to osm's registrar?! What you've done is equivalent to not liking a price you saw in a supermarket, running outside, seeing a phone number on a dumpster in the back and calling that recycling company to complain about the supermarket! 🤯🤦‍♂️

This edit violates osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element and as such will be reverted.

Every change made in this changeset is incorrect.
This building's name is not "muscle beach apartments".
This is inaccurate building shape.
This building's address is not apartment #8.
This building is not 8 stories tall.
This BUILDING is not a commercial area.
This building is not 25.4 meters tall.
Neighboring building's shape is completely mangled.

As such this changeset will be reverted.

First of all OSM is not a company and I'm not its employee, so your threats are empty.
But, oh please, do take it up with Upland. They would very much love to hear how their own users are sabotaging Upland project by adding copyrighted data to OSM which then gets imported into Upland. Upland would love to have to fight a copyright lawsuit against Google, Yelp and Yahoo. Please, do tell them everything that was going on. Please also tell them how you intentionally create wrong tags and map non-existing features.
And I'll just put these 2 links here for easy reference:

Hello.
When making edits in OSM, please try to group your changes into smaller geographic areas, such a neighborhood or a city or at most a county. That way it makes it easier to review edits and spot any potential mistakes. 👍

121911028

I don't need to prove anything. All edits by you and other uplanders are nicely documented and they speak for themselves and DWG is well aware of them.

121911028

I'm not against upland. I don't care about upland.
I'm against uplanders vandalizing OSM map by making intentionally wrong edits just so that you get a pretty label in your game to increase value of your fake property.

If you make real, legitimate edits, without blatantly copying from copyrighted maps and intentionally breaking tags so it looks pretty in upland I and others have no problem.

However, 99% of edits coming from upland are either vandalism or copyrighted data. Prove me wrong.

121911028

Ok, so you google my name..Now what? You'll doxx me?

black list of vandals? what are you talking about?!
I do not care who edits the map. Intentionally wrong edits will be corrected.

121911028

I know perfectly well what NFT is. Can't wait to see upland on https://web3isgoinggreat.com

Age or race makes no difference. If you intentionally continue to make wrong edits to the map, even after being told about that, how else should that be interpreted?

121911028

OSM is about mapping what's on the ground.
You can read more about it at osm.wiki/Good_practice#Map_what's_on_the_ground
There's an apartment building there. But that building's name is NOT Bobby Fischer's Childhood Home.
There's no commercial area around the whole block called "Bobby Fischer's Childhood Home". Nor is there a park behind buildings named like that.

121911028

If there's a plaque signifying that building as such, you are welcome to map the plaque itself. But it is inappropriate to tag the building or surrounding areas the way you did.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. You can also join osm US Slack server and/or Discord server if you prefer communicating that way.

That nyc.org page states that there's consideration of building a housing on that site and some sort of memorial. So once those features are there(even once construction starts), it'd be great to add them to OSM.
