Coney Island Art Walls exhibit, minigolf course, Coney Island freak show, B&B Carousel, Parachute Jump, Thunderbolt Roller coaster. None of them are part of Luna Park or Deno's, but they are part of Coney Island amusement park.
To some degree some could consider Brooklyn Cyclones stadium and Ford Amphitheater to be part of this area too.

Luna Park and Deno's are specific sections. But the whole area collectively is called Coney Island.

You also for some reason moved a number of intersections along Stillwell Ave? That doesn't match what it is on the ground.

One is a neighborhood and the other IS an entertainment. There sure is a park here. Just look at https://lunaparknyc.com/ and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coney_Island#Amusement_parks_and_attractions

Most of the deletions and modifications are from deleting needless nodes on straight lines or corners. Appears to be artifact from the original data import.

I updated this to have both types of tags, seafood shop and restaurant.👍

Also I already corrected the building tag.
If iD's temple doesn't let you add building tag, you can scroll down in the left panel until you see all the tags and manually enter what you need. Just need to pay attention what you enter there since no validation for errors. 🙂

iD developers are active on OSM World discord server. Or you can go directly to GitHub and open issue there. 👍

Please note that all tags ending with "_1" are invalid and must never be added to OSM. If you've seen them somewhere else, those are wrong entries and should be corrected. Please see this article that documents "name" and its variations tags in detail: osm.wiki/Names

Additionally, you deleted 2 restaurant nodes and added those tags to buildings. Looking at the street level imagery I see that each restaurant takes up only the first floor in each build and above it are apartments/offices. As such, it is incorrect to tag the whole building as being those businesses. They must be mapped as separate nodes within the perimeter of the building.
