As documented on osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element it is inappropriate to tag the same information multiple times. You already tagged phone number as osm.wiki/Tag:phone=. There's no need to also include osm.wiki/Tag:contact:phone=.
Furthermore telephone= tag is outright wrong and must deleted.
Additionally, as documented on phone=*#Usage all phone numbers MUST include country dialing code.
These problems must be corrected, otherwise this changeset will be reverted in full.
