There are a number of problems with this edit.
First of all, these buildings appear to be 3 stories, not 1 as you tagged them.
Additionally, these appear to be primarily residential buildings with retail only on the first floor. As such, it's incorrect to map the whole building like that. And extending from that, this deli occupies only the first floor of this building, therefore it's incorrect to tag the whole building as a deli. It should be mapped a separate point.

Hello.
Rather than completely nuking the whole POI, it's better to use lifecycle prefixes, or at the very least delete biz-specific tags but leave address info implace.
Doing that ensures that the history of this object is preserved. Plus it allows for this address to remain in the database.
