Hello.
When adding names to tags, they should not be abbreviated. In this case "NYPD" should be "New York Police Department". If you do want to specify the shortened name then you should use operator:short= tag.

When this quest asks you for the street name you can just tap on that street and the name will be automatically filled in. You don't have to manually type it.
If you do want to type it in, please make sure not to use abbreviations but full expand all words. In this name is "St" means Saint or Street? If you fully spell it out there's no ambiguity.👍
