| 134041639 | There are different styles of mapping traffic signals. Some "micro-map" by placing them at the cars' stopping location rather than intersection, similar to how you'd do with stop signs

| 134114849 | What is your understanding of place=suburb? |
|
| 134114849 | @HeadAsylum432, being a brand new mapper, it will do you well to be less confrontational and to listen to the constructive criticism from multiple experienced mappers.

|
| 134114849 | It sounds like you are tagging things based on your understanding of meaning of plain English language words, not the meaning used in OSM. It is highly recommend to read the OSM wiki, such as place=suburb The fact that something doesn't show up on the default map doesn't mean you should be tagging things incorrectly until they do. The default OSM map style is not the only one used and it's not the most exhaustive. For example it doesn't render rollercoasters. There are many purpose-specific mapping styles which have more accurate and more complete support for various tags, such are place=* tags. Changing tags for the default map's deficiencies will break things for the accurate maps. |

| 133980085 | These are not highway tags. But they shouldn't have been deleted. These are nycdoitt:bin=* tags which uniquely identifies each building in NYC's database.
