apologies on my earlier comments, I realized that I worked on the points in a different CRS hence the misalignment so am fixing that.

Let me work on fixing the locations so some that are misaligned

Hey @Mueschel, I don't know the basis for your biased comments.
But here is the thing I mapped these libraries with a team through a project title "Ugandan Libraries Geo Quest" under Wikimedia community User group Uganda GLAM project to create an interactive webmap which I created, and I wanted to share the same data that I had updated and added about the different Libraries on Wikidata and Wikipedia. So, I don't understand why saying there even points in water that non is close to the addr:, are sure about that?, there Mukono district which has places in L. Victoria, are you aware of that?

The issue here should be maybe about the tags but with the source, I am the source. I did this data collection for Libraries last year so I don't need any permissions to upload it here.

Kindly check them properly, their times are not the same
