It is supposed to include areas controlled by Western Sahara and excludes areas claimed by Western Sahara and controlled by Morocco.

"former state of Western Sahara, not the territory held by the Polisario Front" - when it existed? From reading https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_Sahara it seems that it was initially colony of Spain then it transfomed into current state.

https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:EH assigns it to Western Sahara and from what I understand "the territory held by the Polisario Front" and "area de facto controlled by Western Sahara" is the same.

If EH and other are not applicable then this codes should be removed.

In this edit I have only partially reverted move of tags into "label" node.
