"Why wasn't this cs reverted?" - nobody decided to do it so far, but note that as undiscussed import anybody may delete all objects added in this changeset, at any time, without any discussion.

Given no response from importer and that it is a single use account I am considering doing this (but feel free to revert if you think that response to questions, especially ones about copyright is unlikely)

In general there are following problems

- what is the license of the municipality data?
- is local community happy about data accuracy?
- what is the meaning of leaf_type=evergreen? Is it supposed to be leaf_cycle=evergreen or leaf_type=needleleaved or something else?

iD (the in-browser editor) proposed to add some tags as there are two possible ways to tag bus stop:

either simply highway=bus_stop

or more complicated public_transport=platform and bus=yes

See for example history of node/1010243678/history - you see effects of StreetComplete edits and what iD added at the end.

For example "Determine bus/tram stop names" added "name=James Cook Drive at Endeavour Park" tag.

Note that some of values displayed by iD in dropdown lists are automatically fetched from list of popular values (via http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/ ).

It means that it lists all common values, including common mistakes - for example in raw tag list "information" key has many bizarre autocompletion values - note that it matches what is listed at https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/information#values
