Note that tricky part is what counts as a "review", I would go that it depends on local knowledge. In general I would be uncomfortable with adding brand:wikidata tags based solely on a name match without ground survey, but I happily change remotely wikipedia into brand:wikipedia tags.

Raczej nie, takich obiektów jest olbrzymia ilość i są praktycznie niemożliwe do mapowania w ramach OSM (można próbować łapać remonty i budowy ale takie dane są niemożliwe do weryfikacji).

Chyba o way/142913375#map=14/50.0759/19.8505 które na razie chyba nie jest w budowie.

I would simply not map it within OSM in that case. It is not easy to survey, any change applies to all locations. And ownership issues are frequently often very messy and complex.

I think that it may be better to record it at https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q3181430 - at least it fixes problem of mapping the same info 75 times.

For app: tags - if that was accepted on talk-se (or equivalent - can you link me to the TG Openstreetmap chat dicussion?) I will leave it alone. But main reason why I am not fan of it is that

(1) any change applies to all elements
(2) I see no serious value in adding this data, and I would not expect it to be used
(3) if that would become actually used then there is a serious security risk with someone replacing link to a phishing app

I already changed wrong "wikipedia" to "brand:wikipedia". I think that tags app:apple, app:google, owner, ownership, source:owner should be removed.

I removed fixme=yes tag in as it was unclear what was its meaning and during survey in this location I was unsure what needs to be checked (edited in changeset/68677910 )

man_made=monitoring_station should be probably not added for individual detectors.

And wikipedia=es:Observatorio Pierre Auger should be certainly present only on object representing entire observatory.
