What is the meaning of waterway=source tag at node/2990624687 ?

Reverted in changeset/67626563 (hopefully no new damage was caused) in accordance to osm.wiki/Automated_Edits_code_of_conduct

Main problem is that dropping foot=yes where for example access=private is present changes meaning of object. And smistakes were made in similar changeset/56160165 so I would assume that the same damage happened here.

Removing foot=yes where access tag is presents results in damage of data.

It is a pity that this edit was not reverted sooner.

I created tiger:CPI=* to document what I found. My current conclusion is that tiger:CPI tags should be removed as unclear and without any useful purpose.

why you changed name tag to alt_name tag on way/123904348 ?

It looks that you forgot to add name tag (and now only alt_name is present).

for example I found CPI described as "Current urban area central place indicator" but without any info what is the meaning of values. Do you have any idea where I may find it? Or maybe this tags should be removed?
