note for DWG:

recurrent bad edit performed by the same vandal from variety of account is motivated by their blind following of official documents

supposedly in some official documents this road lost "Droga Krajowa 5" status (supposedly, as vandal never bothered to link claimed official documents)

but this is irrelevant as signage on the ground remains (road likely will be resigned after new motorway is finished and opened on Czech side of the border)

this person was instructed, on several accounts, that we are not blindly following official documents but take also on the ground situation in the account

well, having personal redefinitions of English words and complaining that people are not sharing does not seem to be an improvement to me

is not something more widely shared, vacant space can be already rented and new owner preparing it for new use (in some cases work in a given space would not start yet)

"not filled or occupied" can be already rented, owned by someone unwilling to rent, condemned, waiting for demolition, subject to legal dispute or unavailable for some other reason
