Sadly it is quite hard to say, as I am not experienced with location (I never visited Thailand, and the closest I got was on trip to z Ukraine).

Also I have limited experience with jewellery.

Though if they sell bracelets/necklaces - even if those are bought as investments - I think considering them as jewellery shops works.

It would be maybe trickier if they would be selling primarily gold bars etc

Please, look at highway=trunk in UK. And bad German tagging is irrelevant here, as it is not in Germany.
