The tram runs on a wide concrete strip in the middle of 40th Street. The crossing has asphalt, then concrete, then asphalt. I didn't see an option to tag the surface as mixed materials so I had to choose one. I picked concrete because I guessed that concrete would be more of a hazard to the blind of wheelchair-bound, should it fall into disrepair.

I would be grateful for your advice about how to handle this sort of thing.

I drove past here an hour ago.

This is actually two buildings and a parking lot. I separated the buildings. The northwest building is divided into two spaces, the north half is vacant and the south half is the Speedy Lube.

There seemed to be two separate ways for the CCP boundary; I deleted one of them.

I was not sure whether I should add a way that included both the Speedy Lube and its parking lot, or a way that included the vacant space and the Speedy Lube.

Please let me know if you have comments.

That CCP address include car maintenance as part of its curriculum and has a garage on-site, so it's quite possible that it's correct.

I can go by and take a look to be sure.
