Description: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. The Salvation Army's cooling stations are open Monday through Friday from 12:00 to 5:00 PM, anytime the heat index reaches 100 degrees or above. Warming shelters are open as needed, depending on community needs.

Description: The salvation army emergency shelter is open 365 days a year to provide a safe, clean refuge for families with children and single women. Our guests are provided with case management, sleeping accommodations, hot meals, showers, and connection to community resources. The warming facility is open when temperatures reach 40 degrees with wet conditions, 35 degrees in dry conditions or when there's a wind chill below 32.

Water is available on request on Wednesdays 9-11AM and 2-4PM.
