Description: The Family Life Center provides a shelter designed to take families from being homeless to being stable and productive members of society. It is one of the few shelters in the area where families are able to live together as they strive to get back on their feet. This facility acts as both a cooling and warming facility depending on weather conditions. The cooling facility activates Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM, anytime the heat index reaches 100 degrees and above. The warming facility activates when temperatures are below 40° for 4 consecutive hours overnight.
