I never said anything about a key. When I added this path OSM asked me for a changeset, so I added a description of the path. I don't know why it added my description along the path itself, or what key you are referring to, named or otherwise.

Well this isn't something I'm expecting other people to see (I'm surprised you found it), and the wiki page on changesets implies they are suppose to be a description.
