Your source is copyrighted. A collection of facts is also copyrightable as a database. Looking at a map only shows you what the map maker and perhaps government interprets. Other than the public concept of places, there are many aspects to the former, such as postal address, land administration, housing, development, etc.

A road name is not necessary condition for whether a place is not historical. There are plenty of roads named after gone places/
