`traffic_signals:sound=yes` is assumed in HK by default, not necessary to add to all exhuastively. `tactile_paving=*` is tricky on nodes, because it is not clear where it is (kerb, or crosswalk path that exist in other countries); although you may similarly say it is assumed on kerb, or that it is assumed to exist for `crossing=traffic_signals`.

Please check the definition of `highway=living_street`. This should not be one.

`man_made=tunnel` is not as wide-spread as `man_made=bridge`, thus the difference in commonness.

I would like to add that there are other questionable mapping practices I decided to remove or nullify (made them `fixme=`) for now:
1. Adding `place=locality` to the resorts
2. Adding a duplicate `tourism=theme_park` at the center as a label
3. Making resort area `boundary=administrative` `relation`s

Added resort areas (also a bunch of other additions and fixes for them)

Please don't remove `crossing=traffic_signals`, especially not at mid-block crosswalks without `highway=traffic_signals`.
