3. Don't take "service road" literally.
4. Tunnel service road should be `access=private` (eg blocked off, working area), or I suggest `access=discouraged` (allowed). `access=permit` means there is a permit that can be applied to travel there, which is wrong.

Unfortunately, it is not correct. Take it with a grain of salt as it is written by some people without actual consensus
1. Guideline-wise it refers to lowest level of road in network that can be considered distributor. The quality and standard description is wrong.
2. Universally, `=residential‘ means local public roads providing only frontage and access. This one should be a `=unclassified`

This is on the correct side. It should be `tunnel=building_passage`, more enclosed than `covered=yes`.

"pedestrian area" (`highway=pedestrian`, `area=yes`) actually means a "pedestrian road" area, which is a road area vehicles can physically travel on (not necessarily legally, but think about emergency and service vehicles). way/776675366/ would be `highway=footway` + `area=yes` instead, and you can add `crossing:island=yes`.

This is a public "private road" that is outside the premise. It should be treated as a frontage road. Moreover, there is a crossover function performed by this road. That's why it could be a `highway=residential` or `highway=unclassified`.
