About way/775538255, it is a single roadway separated by delineators/bollards, so this is usually considered as 2 ways. It is a good question whether continuous separation (ie at least wire-rope) is needed, but such is the common practice.

1. They look like blocks that can be sit on. Although they are only adjacent to the mist nozzles, I'm not sure if they are actually used as a bench. So I left those tags there.
2. It is more of a POC. I found that someone asked a few months ago how to map fountain amenity and nozzles separately.(osm.wiki/Talk:Tag:amenity%3Dfountain#Location_of_water_exit_points.3F) This fountain is a spray nozzle surrounded by a ring of mist nozzles. I would have used `*:separate=*` instead of `*=separate`, but I imagine this would work for compatibility reason.
