There was a discussion about whether this should be `=primary` or `=secondary`. I took the initiative to change this to `=primary_link`, which is also because it is a new branch from the old Smithfield, to extend to Pok Fu Lam Rd. It is similar to a interchange's connector road (eg Sham Tsang Interchange), and Hill Rd Flyover.

Please don't make them buildings without specifying they are underground. `layer=` has no such meaning.

Do you think those `highway=residential` should not be `highway=classified`? I see you made Shau Kei Wan Rd `highway=tertiary`, which is agreeable, perhaps including up to the section of Shau Kei Wan Main St E before the tram terminus.
