No, you are talking about two things. Why don't you read about what they are first?

That's a good question. I see it used in OSM and documented on Wiki. Meaning-wise, status quo of `bus` (for local public transport) compared to `coach` (long distance intercity) and `tourist_bus` (private use) seem different enough. However, I would like to resolve this situation as well.
