This again looks more like a `footway` than `path` to me.

"not passable" is also different from "not allowed", the latter which is what access restrictions indicate.

(`path`is for single-track vehicles.)

Motor vehicle is a different concept from two-tracked vehicles. `path`is for the latter.

This is not "wrong", and your edit is equally wrong.
