Please split these changesets. This is difficult to discuss.
1. Lung Yuet Rd `=primary` is considered for connecting Cornwall St, not Nam Cheong St
2. When a road ends at roundabouts, the `=roundabout` currently doesn't use its classification, but the intersected roads

1. Please don't add `man_made=pier` directly when it's not constructed yet. `landuse=construction` + `construction:man_made=` has already been added.
2. `=pier` is for perpendicular ones projecting into the sea, not the same as loose colloquial meaning of any ship-berthing facilities. `=quay` has been used, as how it's named.

Please don't add descriptive labels to `name=` , as it's for proper names themselves only. Use `description=` if needed.

Please don't edit `place=` and `name=` if you don't know them, and didn't read doucmentation. District Council districts are not `=suburb=` nor `=town` in HK.

Please don't add canceled proposals to OSM. `proposed:railway=` is for those likely to be built, and should really be those being funded, only not started constructions yet. Add them to OpenHistoricalMap.

2. And actually don't use titles and terms as " Town Park in Tseung Kwan O"

2. "Tseung Kwan O Town Park" is a generic term for town parks in TKO. Eg it's previous named for HK Velodrome Park.

Please don't add such descriptor labels to `name=` , which is for proper names only. OSM is a digital geographical database, not a paper map. Applications can already distinguish them with lack of icons.

1. As I must have explained before, Kam Tin Bypass is for connecting Kam Tin Rd eastward, and bypassing Kam Tin center. There's no "symmetry" here
2. Again, it's promoted for Sai Sha Rd connecting with Sai Kung already being `=secondary`
3. Doesn't explain the `=primary`

Why is this promoted to `=primary` directly?

I won't accuse everyone adding historical names is the same person without more incriminating evidence. But `old_name=` as usual.

Please don't delete it directly, as it may still be used in search & rescue. It should be changed to `abandoned:highway=`

Speed limit isn't the same as train speed. The latter is affected by headway, and timetabling. You should only use real speed limits, signposted or codified rules.

Well then the problem is you have deleted the upper level of Chater Garden, and casually snapped the MTR exit to the corner unrealistically. The `=tunnel` section is not represented by the `building=` , and it would be the 1st step to make it routable. If you don't have time, don't want to, or don't know what to do, leave it alone. Don't simply delete things, and flunk it.

Please don't merge different sections blindly. Eg some are `indoor=yes` to be distinguished from `covered=yes`
