When I create a route in Kurviger.de/en, it shows this exact section as closed. I may have fixed it by changing the Allowed Access All to Permissive, but I really don't know what I'm doing.

Per the official Blue Ridge Parkway Road and Facility Closure website at https://www.nps.gov/blri/planyourvisit/roadclosures.htm, this part of the parkway is open. How do I correct this entry?
