| 2903978 | Martin868 | There is improper tagging being used throughout this region. The tag place=suburb is being used to tag neighbourhoods while place=neighbourhoud should be used. The suburb tag is for an independant municipality that is part of a large city. North Vancouver is a suburb and should use that tag. District of North Van is also a place=suburb. But all the smaller named areas within that municipality are what is called a neighbourhood and should be tagged as such. This is the case for Canyon Heights, Lynn Valley, Capilano, and so on. |
