Well, this is where local knowledge and/or common sense is handy, rather than always following a source - official or not.

32255093 is a lane that is south of Saint Clair Avenue and east of Saint Clarens Avenue. But our name for it is currently "Lane South Saint Clair East Clarens" - missing the second Saint. If that's what Geobase says, Geobase is inconsistent with itself.

32255106 is a lane south of way/23145436, which has been renamed from "Mackay Avenue" to "MacKay Avenue" by a local mapper in changeset/5974834. We would therefore presume that "MacKay" is the correct capitalization as signed locally, and the lane name should match it.

I did not include 463454975 in my list. I did include the nearby lane 463454976 which misspells name of nearby Westmount Avenue as "Wesmount".

Yes, that would be okay as well, especially if that scheme is actually used by any data consumers. If someone wants to change it to that scheme I will support them.

Several of them are still wrong, for instance on page 5 there are several lanes you've named "Woodbine Track Acces" (proper spelling "Access"). Please also check way/8095706, way/26103741, note/1644198, way/462496327/history, way/462487375, way/67816556, way/24136983, way/24007787, way/21673094 and it would be quite good to check many of your other "first edits". Thank you.

Unfortunately both entries for Children's Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre (node/5711674341 and node/5711621752) are in completely wrong locations.
