I'm unable to login and upload using JOSM today. A few days ago there was no problem.
There is no problem logging on at openstreetmap og wiki.
Has anyone had the same problem?

You need to change some details in JOSM. Read:
osm.wiki/OSM_Protocol_Version_0.6/Information#Editor_notes

I had forgotten that JOSM does not allow @ in the password ... my bad.
