Inappropriately named bus stop

Move westbound lanes to northern span; (see #1404476) do not recenter eastbound lanes because it may take a few months to reconfigure the road.

Northern span (westbound) now open;

Why is this labeled "New Goethals Bridge"? This is the old span and the center part has already been removed.

Station needs to have both tracks in parellel

PATH platforms probably extend this far from 14th Street considering length of 7-car PATH train (about 107 meters) as seen at Harrison Maintenance facility through aerial imagery

PATH station should be at this intersection
