I'm not really sure that bridge area is the best description of this location. Its a skyway. (indoor footpath between buildings) attached photo from inside of the transit center to the south west of it.

When I tried to create this I wasn't sure I was doing it correctly.
This is a small standalone structure, a public restroom. Not sure if it is free.
I'm used to seeing these in tourist locations, which this isn't. It has ads on the sides, like they have at bus stops.
