Please note that RCW 46.04.420 states "Private road or driveway" includes every way or place in private ownership and used for travel of vehicles by the owner or those having express or implied permission from the owner, but not by other persons." Not as you stated in the changeset comment. Since this road exists, I'd recommend adding it back with the tag access=permissive

Can you review this edit. One example, you removed a trail marked with a sac_scale=mountain_hiking which indicates that it is difficult. Just because it isn't on park records doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.
