Descriptive names are not used in OSM. Use an appropriate tag instead. For example abandoned:building=yes See abandoned:building=* for more information

I think you want to add a driveway. It should be tagged as highway=service + service=driveway.

Instead of a descriptive name, just remove the name tag from the building. Can you fix this?

You created duplicate nodes for existing features - the south whidbey community park and the church to the north of the park.

Also - the driveway you added should be tagged as highway=service + service=driveway. unclassified is basically a rural residential road. Since the county doesn't have a road their, it's likely a private driveway.

I fixed those errors.
