Two suggestions - first save and upload your work before moving to a distant location.

And second, if the feature looks offset, it may just be the imagery. The imagery offset can be adjusted on the right side of the editor by selecting the background layer. Then towards the bottom you can adjust the offset.

Save and upload you work before moving to a more distant location. Also the road you added in Baxter needs to be connected to the main road system. In this case I needed to add Grain Elevator Road so your road could be connected. I also added a name using information from the county.
