I don't think you want cycleway. Cycleways are typically found in cities, paved next to a street. Either path or track seems more appropriate. See osm.wiki/Mountain_biking

We don't use descriptive names. landuse=recreation_ground is sufficient. Although this looks like a parking area to me. If so tag it as amenity=parking.
