We don't use descriptive names in OSM. Can you remove the name from the barn? Also, you can square the building by just selecting the outline then type a "q" - it will look much nicer.

Instead of removing objects then adding them back - it's better to update the existing geometry - which save the history of the object.

Interesting. Is it restricted to only PNNL vehicles? Private could mean that it's privately owned but not restricted. In which case the appropriate tag could be ownership=private. or more specifically ownership=DOE
