This app requires that I review everything as good or bad. There is no in between. When I mark it as bad, it may only be that it doesn't fit the OSM tagging scheme. I'll leave a changeset comment with what I found.

Not sure why the tag ford=yes was added to the street. I removed it. Also - just adding a website to an apartment bld unit is incomplete. OSM isn't the place to add businesses without a retail or dedicated building.

#TIP: add a tag to describe the feature. For example, Pirates Keep could be shop=antiques. V's Costal Market could be shop=convenience.

One suggestion, square the buildings by selecting the outline then just type a "q" - they'll look professionally done.

Thank you for your edit. I reviewed your work and it looks good.

#TIP: make sure to follow the roof outline but watch out for shadows and parts obscured by trees. Also, you can square the building by just selecting the outline then type a "q". They will look much more professionally done.

take a look at leisure=golf_coursen for how to use multipolygons to add areas of a course. Let me know if you have any questions. I'll send you more info on OSM in a message.

I think the road classification is correct, unclassified, but I'm concerned about the access=private. Are there signs posted to limit access to the road? If so, then access=private would be correct.

Do you mean to show the road is privately owned and maintained? Then use operator= or ownership=private. Let me know if you have any questions or need help.

The county has this trail shown on their parcel viewer. Also, you changed it from a footway, which I agree it most likely isn't, to a track, but then said motor vehicles are not allowed. That seems to be a contradiction. I would probably tag this as highway=path, which in the US we call a trail. OSM was started in England so we use their road classification system and British English for tags.

#TIP: privately owned road can be tagged with osm.wiki/Tag:operator=. Access=private should only be used if there is signage restricting use or possibly a gate.

The county isn't showing a road going to the new houses. I think what you have is a driveway which is tagged as highway=service + service=driveway. I'll send you more info on OSM in a message. If you have any question, just ask. I'm happy to help

Since the HOA owns the shared alley the road can be tagged with operator=(the HOA name). Since the HOA owns the service road that means any resident can use the road.

BTW - I live in a HOA with some HOA owned roads. Those roads are open to the public, not just the homeowners. In your case, if a delivery is to be made to one of the houses serviced by the private road, the delivery driver can use it. So can guests.

I would recommend adding the operator tag and removing the access tag since there is not signage restricting use.

Can you clarify what you mean by private?

I live in Mount Vernon and I do recall that Polson Road is paved. Not sure about the quality. At times right after the farmers have driven their tractors on them, they do look like dirt
