Hello. Thanks for mapping here
An urgent recommendation:
Please map each building accurate and square it (rectangular) with the Q key in the editor. Keep the building selected during pressing the Q key
Most buildings are good rectangular and the mappings should reflect that.
A hand drawn building is mostly not correct rectangular. Therefore use the Q key after mark it a building and the object is still selected.
Be aware that this will not work when the deviation to a square corner is to big. Then you have to adjust the building manually . After that you can square it again.

Please take your time to map accurate. You will waste Validators time if they have to correct lots of inaccurate mappings.
Use a mouse to draw.

Never let a node of a building connect to other features, like highways, other buildings or residential areas.
To avoid that , In iDeditor keep the Alt key down while drawing the building. In JOSM keep the Ctrl key down

Map each building individually. do not cluster buildings and call it 1 building

Please pay also attention on the issue triangle on the right-hand menu
It alerts you on warnings and errors.

Please (try to)solve these before uploading your work.

Best regards and keep mapping !

Hello Tom .Thanks for mapping here. Quality mapping!
a question, During my scan for nonsquared buildings your mappings pops up, meaning not good squared.
The mappings are fine, just not squared.
I wander if you don't use the plugin Building tool. By using this you have always strict rectangular buldings.
Check this page is you don't use it

Hello Meagan
Thanks for mapping on this difficult task.
Good work.
Just a few remarks.
Most buildings are strict rectangular. Try to map them as such. When there are extensions, map them end square the building with the q key.
Please do not connect buildings to eachother by their nodes,
Please pay also attention on the issue triangle on the right side menu and solved the issues it report.
Best regards and keep mapping

Hello.
I reviewed your work here
1, Just tag a building' Building=yes"
only give it a name if you have local knowlegde. so no name=building or house,
Square each building with the Q key
Why not mapped all buildings on this set?
best regards

Hello Jhung2. Sorry to say but your mappings here are far from accurate.
I remove your mappings here and ask you to map them properly according to the mapping standards of hot OSM>
I know it is a complex mapping job.
See this page how it should be.
osm.org/#map=18/18.45039/-78.066908
In the area when you scroll to the right you see the buildings you mapped. very odd.

Sorry, I better waited till i've seen all subjects I would adress
Buildings has a shadow, which proofs that it is above ground level. Don't include that in your mappings
Best

And , what I forgot.
When a roof is partly hidden by a tree. Just extrapolate the roofline, rather than following the tree line.

Hello. Thanks for mapping
A short remark.
Most buildings are strict rectangular.
Due to the angle the imagery is taken it seems that a building has a notch in the middle of the roof. Just map the roof as a rectangular with 4 nodes, or 6 when there is an extension on the building
Best regards and keep mapping

Hello.
Thanks for mapping.
Just a remark. Please don't give buildings names like "name=building" The tag building=yes is sufficient.
Best regards
