You tagged a nearly 4-meter-wide trace as a path !
Traces > 2,5 mtr wide are not paths.

Please take the width of a trace into consideration to decide which tag to be used.
In IDeditor. Open menu on the right, select mapdata, then select measurement. When selected, draw a line between the shoulders of a road and read the distance

You left quite a number of buildings unsquared. It is very difficult to map a rectangular accurate freehanded (mouse?). Thus, square each building with the Q key whyle still selected.

Hello. Default tagging for buildings is building=yes.
All buildings here shows their roofs. Thus no construction, Buildings under construction shows their walls only.
