Another issue.
Do not cluster buildings, but map each building as an individual building.
And, square the buildings with the Q key while selected.

Please stop adding layers to buildings. They are standing on the ground. Not above or under it. When you add such layers, it is mostly to hide occurring errors.
JUST ADJUST the building so it matches the outline, and be sure it doesn't touch the adjacent buildings or objects.

After noticing how inaccurate and sloppy your mappings are, I decided to remove all of them. Remapping takes less time than repairing everything.

Local mappers will add additional taggings.

When you map a building at the edge of your task, please map the whole building, even over the edge, rather than stopping at the task border.

Too inaccurate mapping, buildings not squared, and used the wrong tagging.
Tag buildings just as building=yes.

Buildings should be tagged as building=yes
No landuse-residential. That tag is to be used to mark a settlement as residential.
