Tagging a highway=yes is not correct.
Use highway=unclassified or track here.
The highway you mapped on the westside is hardly to see. Don't map those.
btw. This is a mapping project for farmland and waterways, Please focus on that.

You mapped many streams. However, the flow direction is not always correct. The feed comes from the hills towards the dales. You tagged the flow direction often to the other way. Start mapping from the source, or reverse the flow when it is incorrect.

My comments on these mappings.
Clustered buildings.
Mapped whole walled plot with 1 building on it as a building.
Check for shadows. the higher a building, how longer the shadow. Walls give mostly a small shadow, check the ground to decide if the traces are from a building or not. ( after a while you get experience to identify them)

1 plot with a few buildings and yard is mapped as a large building. In fact, there are 2 smaller buildings and the courtyard, the plot is enclosed by a wall

Don't you use the building plugin ?
When you use this, it automaticly square the building you map and tag it. You can also map fine round buildings with it.

Isolated dwellings are no subject to be mapped. As from 4 buildings close together, you can map them as a hamlet.
