Thank you for mapping. You have correctly identified the location of most objects and mapped them.
A remark. Don't add the shadow of the building. Roofs have mostly an overhang, so stay within the roofline.

Reminder: Please be sure to square all rectangular buildings with the Q key

Hallo Koos.
Leuk om je hier weer tegen te komen.
Weet je dat je in een gang een weg kan taggen, inclusief de surface tag ?
In de plug in Fast draw configuration kun je de term
"highway=unclassified surface=unpaved"
toevoegen.
In deze omgeving zijn uitgezonderd de hoofdwegen vrijwel alle wegen onverhard.
Vriendelijke groeten.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
PLease tag highways in accordance with this wiki.
highway=*#Roads
Roads in rural areas are never to be tagged as 'residential roads'
A track > 2 mtr is not a path. > = unclassified.
When you, like here, map a road with the same width as the one you connect it to, don't change the tagging.
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
Please correct the issues shown by the issue triangle before you upload your mappings.
And. when you map a road/path which crosses a waterway, add a watercrossing.
Here the ford tag is to be used.
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
Please correct issues shown by the error triangle.
Always try to connect roads to each other.
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
A request. When you map highways, take the width into consideration. <2 mtr = path !
When you map both a road and a land use area, be sure that you do not connect nodes of a road to a landuse area.
These are errors and need to be corrected.
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
Whenever you want to map highways (btw, this is a building only project !)
use the taggings as mentioned in this wiki
osm.wiki/East_Africa_Tagging_Guidelines
Most traces here are paths and unclassfied highways.
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
Accurately mapped.
When an object shows no shadow, it is not a building. Don't map those.

Roofs sometimes appear to have a bend in them. This is due to the angle at which the images were taken. These roofs are simply rectangular and can be mapped with four nodes.
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
When you see an object showing a shadow on both the inside and the outside, it has no roof. Thus, not a building. Don't map these objects.
Best regards

Hello.
A remark. Please zoom in rather far to be able to draw the rooflines accurately. Now you oversize the buildings you map.
Realize that most roofs have an overhang, so the actual building is smaller.

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
Accurately mapped. However, not all buildings are squared. Each rectangular building needs to be squared with the Q key while selected.
Best regards.

Hi Norbert. I noticed that you changed the tagging of throughgoing traces from unclassified into track.
Most of the traces connects settlements and depending on the width, I tag them as path or unclassified. ( residential is more for roads in villages and bigger)
for me this wiki is leading
osm.wiki/East_Africa_Tagging_Guidelines

What is your opinion ?
Best regards

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
The buildings you mapped are accurately mapped. However, often includes the shadow.
You overlooked some round buildings and brown/gray rectangular buildings.

Hello.
Thanks for mapping.
Please follow the guidelines how to tag highways
osm.wiki/Highway_Tag_Africa

Here you tagged tracks. Path or unclassified is a better choice.
Best regards
